Shipping Policy:
Shipping is NOT a profit mechanism at Treasures of Solomon. We only charge our customers the actual
common carrier shipping charges which we are charged. There are no "handling charges" added on to
your order total. You have the option of receiving your order via customer pickup, USPS priority mail or
UPS.

committed to providing the highest quality products at reasonable prices to our customers. We pride

- If, for some reason the incorrect product is shipped to you, please contact us via any of the
methods above and we will give you a return authorization number and instructions for the return
shipment. We will pay for the return shipment - and immediately send you the correct product. - If, within 30 days of receipt, you decide that the color, style, etc. of the product is just not for you,
please contact us via any of the methods above. At your preference, we will exchange the item -
or give you a credit or refund - on our receipt of the returned, unused merchandise. In this
instance, return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. NOTE: Due to the
nature of the service, custom embroidery services are excluded from this policy. A proof will be
sent and approved by the customer prior to any custom embroidery services being performed. - If at any time a problem results due to defective materials or construction, please contact us so
that we can assess how to correct the problem. - After 30 days, all sales are final.
